Get ready to join Toronto’s most fun group of volunteers. (We’re cheering as we say this!) Whether it’s cleaning up parks on Earth Day to lighting candles on a birthday cake for a child living in a shelter, we welcome your help!

As a grassroots initiative, Girls Gone Local relies on kindhearted individuals like you. Whether it’s $10 or $100 you can afford to give, the reality is, every month we need a financial boost. Most donations come from our community and we are always eager to give back.

The generosity of our individual and corporate sponsors helps us to better our communities. Whether it’s sponsoring a Candles & Cake birthday party or co-hosting a GGL FUNdraising event, your support has a huge impact. We are a thankful bunch and we’ll express our gratitude on our website, social channels and in-person at our special events. If you’re the modest type, of course we respect that, too!

You can also help by supporting our special FUNdraising projects, such as branded or themed merchandise sales, like baseball caps. All proceeds go to support our ongoing charitable programs and Candles & Cake childrens’ birthday parties.

Gift giving is a huge part of what we do all year round, from loot bags for birthday party attendees or during the holiday season. We’re always looking for new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages. If you’re hosting a toy drive and would like to donate, then please get in touch!
